Prof. Dr. Matthias Tomenendal is an expert on strategy and innovation. Prior to his academic
career as a professor for management and consulting at Berlin School of Economics and Law he worked as a strategy consultant for Boston Consulting Group for more than a decade. His current research centers around digital leadership, organizational identity, gazelles and clusters.
Michael Arndt is Head of Product Development at Kramer-Werke GmbH. After studying mechanical engineering, he worked in engine development for the automotive industry, for 8 years. Then, he was Director of Low Power Range at MTU-Friedrichshafen GmbH, for 11 years. Today, he is responsible for the development of wheel loaders and telehandlers at Kramer Werke GmbH.
Dr. Markus Schwaderlapp has been Senior Vice President Research & Development at DEUTZ AG since January 2015, prior to which he held various positions at FEV GmbH in Aachen, most recently as Managing Director. He received his doctorate from RWTH Aachen University on the subject of "Development of low-emission combustion processes for natural gas engines".
